sketch layout

Hi.  I have a layout I made with the Rivers & Roads kit + Add On from Scraptastic Club.  I also used the March Sketch by Susan Stringfellow.

Here is the sketch I used from the blog post March Sketchy Thursday.

I had some camping vacation photos to get into my album and chose these two from 2004.  Yeah I know they are old!  I have all kinds of camping vacation photos to catch up on.  I specifically chose these because I am in them and need to get myself into my books.  I am always the one taking the photo not in them.

I wanted a full layout as that's how I read the sketch, as a full column.  I also flipped it and put my photos at the bottom.  They looked better on this paper that way and I loved this patterned paper so much I really wanted to use it.

I just glued everything down in a haphazard fashion and love how it turned out.

The white 3-D banner is a Silhouette Cameo cut.  I used it for part of my title and slipped the camera on it.  Love how it dangles there.
